It also has a floor area of close to 3 million square feet and the Tianjin CTF finance Center features 97 floors and 81 elevators. The building was built to withstand earthquakes in high winds and it is unique for its eight sloping curving mega columns and beautiful glass skin.

The Tianjin CTF finance center was designed by the architectural firm of Kohn Petersen Fox and the Guangzhou CTF finance Center has 355 apartments and 251 hotel rooms. It also has 1,700 five parking spaces in its five floors below ground. The Tenjin CTF finance center stands in Guangdong China and it is the third largest building in China the building is not only tall it is enormous as it covers over five million square feet of floor space. The Tianjin CTF finance center opened its doors to tenants and visitors in October 2016.

The facade of the ping and Finance Center has stainless steel and weighs around 1,700 metric ton. The ping'an finance center is revered for its modern design.

The building is comprised of nine cylindrical buildings with nine indoors owns four visitors each of the nine zones has their own features including atriums, gardens, restaurants, cafes and retail shops.
